Principle Overview:
The equipment is mainly used for drying transformers or motors after immersion painting. The size of the drying area is 1500 * 1500 * 1500mm, the heating power is 25KW, the maximum operating temperature is 300 degrees, the temperature control accuracy is plus or minus 1 degree, and the temperature difference inside the box is plus or minus 2 degrees. The bottom of the transformer immersion paint drying box is made of 5mm thick steel plate, which is attached to the ground, and the shovel can freely enter and exit the box.
Overall structure:
1. Oven shell: Made of 1.5mm thick A3 cold-rolled steel plate welded and coated with computer grey hammer pattern self drying paint on the surface
2. Oven liner: Made of 1.2mm thick A3 cold-rolled steel plate welded and coated with high-temperature resistant silver powder paint on the surface
3. Box reinforcement: 8 # channel steel as frame, 5 # angle steel as reinforcement
4. There is an air duct between the inner liner and the outer shell, and the forced hot air flows in the air duct of the drying oven, which has a good effect.
5. A 5mm thick steel plate is laid at the bottom of the box, and the shovel can enter and exit the drying area. Convenient loading and unloading of materials

Temperature control system:
1. Temperature controller: Intelligent digital temperature controller with LED display, easy and simple button operation, capable of PID adjustment. It has automatic temperature control and alarm output functions, as well as temperature compensation function.
2. Temperature control accuracy: plus or minus 1 degree, special requirements can reach plus or minus 0.1 degrees
3. Temperature sensor: PT100 stainless steel armored thermometer
Heating system used:
1. Heating element: Carbon steel electric heating tube, evenly installed in the air ducts on both sides of the box
2. Heating rate: 5-6 degrees per minute
Hot air circulation system of drying oven:
1. Two high-power blower motors are installed at the top of the box for forced air supply.
2. The back of the box is equipped with an air inlet, and the top is equipped with an exhaust outlet
3. Strong pressure hot air circulation method, which means that air is discharged from both sides of the box and sucked in from the middle
Constant temperature timing system:
1. The constant temperature time can be set arbitrarily. When the temperature reaches the start time, an alarm will be triggered and the heating power will be cut off
2. Constant temperature time: 1 second to 99.99 hours
Explosion proof system for equipment
1. An explosion-proof small door is installed on the back of the equipment, which can automatically pop open to reduce pressure when the pressure inside the box is too high, providing explosion-proof protection.
